The TNA consists of 50 multiple choice questions which follow the life of four  fictional benefits claims. The TNA aims to assess basic understanding of key concepts in Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit administration. The TNA uses relevant, work-based scenarios which are designed to be simple and easy to understand.
